Bespoke Aluminum Manufacturing
We manufacture a wide range of aluminium products suitable for both commercial and domestic installation. Our basic range of commercial aluminium such as our shopfront/flush glaze systems suitable for filling stations and supermarkets, shop units, hospital and schools etc, available in non thermally broken or thermally broken where required. This system would be used in conjunction with automatic sliding doors and automatic swing doors.
We also manufacture curtain walling systems also known as high rise or glass walls suitable for commercial and domestic multi story projects.
We then have our ST window and door range suitable for commercial and domestic starting with the basic ST60 right up to the leading ST90 which is passive standard high performance eco friendly windows and doors with U values as low as 0.48 W/m2K.

Aluminium Windows and Doors
We manufacture a wide variety of windows and doors, sash types, thermal cores, and similar sight lines, allowing you to value engineer a project. Our systems have been fully tested, allowing them to be used on all locations in Ireland and across Europe the UK, including high multi-storey construction or buildings built in exposed coastal regions.
- Our range of window systems in a variety of styles and RAL colours to meet all your project requirements.
- The ST Window and Door System suite has a variety of profiles which allows for different door types to be fabricated and specified. These options include casement, open-in and open-out, double swing doors open-in and open-out.
- Integrated fanlights and sidelights can be included in the design of the door.
- All doors are internally beaded for extra security.
- Windows and doors have a maintenance-free lifespan of up to 30 years.

Lift & Slide / Bi-Fold Doors
The lift & slide and Bi-Fold door systems exhibit the best thermal insulation in all the sliding range with transmissions as low as 0.9 Wm2/K.
The perfect combination of polyamide thermal breaks and insulating foam combined with the use of high-performance triple glazed units (possible thickness up to 55mm) and large size sliders allows maximum energy efficiency. It will deliver a noticeable noise reduction with exceptional thermal insulation. The system offers a modern style with straight style both in sashes and fixed panels.
The frames for both Lift & Slide and Bi-Fold glazing systems come in a wide variety of colours with all RAL colours being available. Both are available in double and triple glazing and come with toughened safety glass as standard. There are also several glass options available to minimise overheating and reduce glare. Laminated glass can be used to block UV light to prevent sun damage and fading to floor finishes, upholstery etc.
